- SHIPPING IS
FREE ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES for Quantities

Delivery
Information:
NYPM Fragrance Company will ship all merchandise via ground UPS and/or
Federal Express. Orders will be in shipped 2-4 weeks depending on
inventory and quantities ordered.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us
the day you receive your package and we will gladly take it back.
However, claims must be made the same day you receive your package.

- An initial credit card authorization form must be on file in
order to process orders. All information is kept strictly
confidential.
- Your account will be charged ONLY at the time of actual
shipment.

Returns and
Discrepancies:
- All returns must
be authorized by our corporate office.

Customer must call us with Invoice# from which the item was found.
Each return will be handled separately. Customer must have RA#
from our office or the return will be refused.

Any damaged merchandise received will be reshipped back to
customer.

Only credits will be given, not monies returned.

We will take back all unsold merchandise on order quantities of 12
bottles or more. The customer will be responsible for the shipping
costs.
